Q: Will making a claim affect my insurance?
A: Glass losses are covered under the comprehensive part of your policy which is different than collision. Collisions are generally viewed as a result of ones driving ability and often have drastic effects on ones policy. Glass losses (comprehensive), unlike collision losses, have nothing to do with your driving ability and are usually the result of debris on the road, vandalism, "acts of God" etc.

Q: How much will I have to pay?
A: Even though you my have a high collision deductible, your comprehensive deductible may be as low as $100.00 or less.

Here's How It Works:

Just [contact us]. Have your insurance policy number available and we will create a conference call to confirm your coverage and open a claim (the process usually takes 3-4 minutes). After receiving a claim number, we will set an appointment that is most convenient for you (usually within 24hrs or less).

When scheduling an appointment, you can choose to either stop by our main office and wait while the work is completed, use our free mobile service to your home or office or have your car picked-up and delivered to you when finished. We also offer a free shuttle to B.A.R.T.
